*1 Ship to Event Center ticket per large item/pallet is required for transfer of product from Theisen's Dubuque store location to the Event Center for you to show in your booth, this is returned to our store's inventory following the event. Please detail your items in your event registration. This ticket is not necessary if you are shipping product directly to the event center.
Shipping Freight to Event Center
Product can be shipped to the Event Center starting one week prior to the shows move in day, no earlier than March 10th. *Any shipment arriving prior to this date are subject to fees from the Grand River Center.

Payments
The following payment methods can be used during registration:

Card Payment: this payment type is accepted at the time of registration only. Once the registration process is complete credit cards can no longer be accepted.

​Manual Payments: this payment type marks the order for a manual payment. Margie Hentges on our accounting team will handle all Manual payments by direct bill, deducted from invoice (DFI), or Mid- States deduction (MSD).
